Important note to performers:
There will be a performer's meeting at 6:30 which all performers are required to attend. Performers should be in costume at 7pm, ready for public admitance to the hall at 7:15. Please come in costume if at all possible. The downstairs dressing room is available if necessary for costume changes if you are in more than one number. The upstairs bathroom should not be used for costume changes once the hall is open to the public.

I changed it to 6:15pm because I knew it would take 15 minutes to arrive and gather everyone for the meeting. I was correct! It did take that long!
